I know it is too late to announce the result of the recent white/blue festival held on 2nd/Sep.
We are so glad that everyone from SSJJ showed the great performance and could be on the podium.
We can say it is the great achievement.
We have to admit our practice environment here in Sriracha is not much better than Bangkok and other places.
We have no resident coaches and we cannot spare much time as compared with those guys in Bangkok.
But we have been showing great results in these white/blue competitions !!
This is how hard we dedicate ourselves to training, and we are proud to say that we are rightly directed with our training style. Our results prove it.
And one more shout out is Nanri got promoted to blue belt by Prof. Adam of ATT Thailand after the tournement !
Congratulations, Nanri !

Finally Nassi came !!

We had a wonderful time on that day. It was so amazing that we could see lots of people on the mat !! Officially I don't know how many people but as I know there were 27 people coming to join in our seminar and be here at SSJJ !!
Of course we have to say big thanks to Prof. Nashimoto & his wife Shinobu san and a big guest Prof. Adam. And also we appreciate very very much for you guys who managed to come to Sriracha Jiu-jitsu.
In the very beginning, we started with only 3-4 guys here in Sriracha. We used to be always suffering from lack of members. What the heck now ?? In the end we could have almost 30 people here !!
Thank you all guys again for coming. And we express our big congratulations on the recent marriage of our friend Prof. Nashimoto and Shinobu san.

Good morning, Saigon
This last weekend, we visited Saigon JJ, Vietnam for the short trip.
There are so nice guys with well-designed comfortable facility.
I never seen such a beautiful Dojo in SEA.
How many times I got tapped out with being done leg locks, hahaha.

As I remember, we opened whisky x1, vodka x2, Crazy Lam x4-5.
I and Ryuma were defeated contrary to our intention...

Thank you, Kotani-san, Mat, Patrick, Steve, Iwata-san, Carl, Fukuchi-san & for all you guys at SJJ !

SSJJ in danger of extinction
Wanted ! : Training partners
We have very very few members who can keep training now.
Ryuma san is starting to say he's gonna do Muay Thai on his own in order to keep his cardio.
So now we have the resident member, Never Tap Asia 2010 Nogi champion here in Sriracha.

I play for the fun of it.
This is the one scene from Professional Jiu-Jitsu fight event, MATSURI that was held in Japan on 21st Feb.
Matsui san came to BKK and competed in FBT Thai open in the last year.
Once I trained with him after the comp., his moves inspired me with lots of ideas and changed/improved my way to roll.
And this clip reminds me that how fun and humble Jiu-Jitsu is.

VS 13 persons

Sorry for delay up-date. Our good friend Taichi-san will leave for Japan. He performed the Motodachi with 13 guys at SSJJ on 14th.
What we learned from this farewel trainig is "Don't irritate Japanese old man and make him get angry at Karaoke."
Store manager - Takei is very good at doing this.
And Taichi-san's counter-wise remark, "I've been staying here for 10 years !"
Good luck Taichi san !
